Fluence is a privately owned R&D Division of Epigem Limited who are contracted by the UK government to provide independent micro and nanotechnology (MNT) services. Fluence specialises in microfluidics enabled products and processes and the integration of microfluidics into multifunctional and multidomain (materials and devices) micro and macro systems. Fluence has both private and public responsibilities.

Fluence is continually developing its knowledge of microfluidic processes that can be integrated into products; and of processes for fabricating products including a wide range of integrated materials, devices and functions. Read More
Training
The Fluence brand originated as a self help tool kit developed to meet the research requirements of UK Lab on a chip researchers (companies and Universities) working on microfluidic applications. The kit enables the build up of processes step by step and function by function using plug and play components. As well as customised product and process development test rigs Fluence also provides training materials for undertaking experiments in a teaching environment.
